Responsibility of Packaging:  It is the sender’s responsibility to ensure that all items are
properly packed and secured.

All barrels must be locked, boxes taped with duct tape and suitcases taped and locked.
Kenyalink Shipping LL C,  reserves the right to refuse service if items are not properly secured.

Responsibility of Payment:  All payments are to be made prior to the loading of the container.
Even if you give us alternative forms or payment, you are ultimately responsible for the payment of all delivery costs, included but not limited to, cost incurred in either returning your shipment to you or warehousing it pending disbursement. Chances of shipment are hindered should full payment will not be made two (2) days prior to loading of container. If full payment is not made but items are shipped, disbursement will not be done until full and final payment is made.

Limitations on our Liability:  Our liability for loss or damage to your shipment is limited to your
actual damage or loss or $100.00, whichever is less, unless you declare a higher value, pay an additional charge ($25.00 per every $100.00 declared) and document your actual loss in a timely manner.

We will in no way be liable:
1) For your acts of omissions including but not limited to improper or insufficient Packaging, securing, marking, or addressing or those of the recipient or anyone with an interest in
the shipment.
2) If you or the recipient violate any of the terms of our contract.
3) For loss or damage to shipments or delay caused by events out of our control, included but not
limited to acts of God, perils of the air, weather conditions, or acts of public enemies,     
    war, strikes, civil commotion, or acts of public authorities with actual of apparent authority.
4) Claiming Shipment: All shipment must be cleared within seven (7) days of arrival in our warehouse. 
Any shipment in our warehouse for more than a week will be charged $1.00 a day per
     item for storage charges and will not be released until said fees are paid.

Prohibited Items: Guns and ammunition, petroleum products, illegal drugs, flammable and combustible goods, and all other items considered hazardous by marine lines are all prohibited.

Rights to Inspect: we or any authority will inspect your shipment if there are signs that your shipment contains illegal items.

Rights to Reject: We reserve the right to reject a shipment when such shipment would be likely to cause delay or damage to other shipments, or personnel or if it is a shipment prohibited
                               by law, or if the shipment will violate any terms of this contract.
